Find Safari's Share button
Look at the bottom row of icons inside Safari. The Share button is a small square with an up-arrow ↑ coming out of the top.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"
A big sheet slides up. Scroll DOWN until you see "Add to Home Screen" — usually in the second row.

Tap Add → find the icon
Confirmation shows the app name. Tap Add top-right. The icon appears on the last page of your home screen (swipe right to find it).
